r1nk is run by Quantiphai LLC (“we”). r1nk is software that roller rinks use to run their business: party booking, programs, memberships, events, staff scheduling, time clock and their website. This policy covers r1nk.com, the rink websites we host, and the R1NK iPhone app.

Who is responsible for your information

Each rink decides what it collects from its own customers and staff and is responsible for that information. We store and process it for the rink so the rink can serve you. If you have a question about a rink’s records, contact the rink first; you can also contact us.

What we collect

• Rink owners and staff: name, email, phone, username, a profile photo if added, a clock-in PIN, work schedule, availability, time-off requests, clock-in/out times, and photos taken for opening and closing checklists.
• Customers of a rink: what you enter when you book a party, enroll in a program, buy a ticket or membership, sign a waiver or fill out a form — for example names, contact details, children’s names and ages, and notes such as allergies.
• Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• The iPhone app: a sign-in token kept in the iPhone’s secure Keychain, and a push-notification token so the app can send the alerts you turn on. Photos are only taken when you tap the camera for a checklist task.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) used to keep the service secure and running.

How we use it

Only to run r1nk for the rink: to show schedules and bookings, send the emails and notifications the rink and you rely on, process payments, keep accounts secure, and provide support. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and the app does not track you across other apps or websites.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run r1nk: DigitalOcean (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (sending email) and Apple (iPhone notifications). Each only receives what it needs for that job. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep information while the rink uses r1nk. A rink can delete records at any time, and when a rink closes its account we delete its data from the live system; backups roll off within about 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, two-factor sign-in is available, and access inside a rink is limited by the permissions the owner sets.

Children

r1nk is used by businesses, not by children. Rinks may record information about children whose parents book a party or enroll them in a program; that information is entered by the parent or the rink and used only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting the rink or us at mail@r1nk.com. In the app you can turn each kind of notification on or off under More → Notifications, or turn them all off in iPhone Settings.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
