Signing in to the app

Use the same email and password you use on r1nk.com. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen. Staff accounts are created by the rink owner — if you can’t sign in, ask your manager to resend your invite.

Notifications

Choose what you get notified about in the app under More → Notifications. If nothing arrives, check that notifications for R1NK are allowed in iPhone Settings.

What the app does

Staff see their schedule, request time off, and complete opening and closing checklists with photos. Owners build the schedule, manage parties and bookings, staff and permissions, timesheets, checklists, inventory and documents. Everything stays in sync with r1nk.com.
